Minimum order value & payment terms

Please note our minimum order value of €100.00 (net order value). For orders below this amount we charge a handling fee of €20.00.

Prepayment Direct bank transfer to our bank account. Please use the order number as reference. Your order will be shipped only after receipt of payment.

Purchase on invoice You will receive an invoice after ordering. Please transfer the total amount within 14/30 days to the account stated.

Express shipping: Orders placed by 12:00 noon will be delivered on the next working day. The final price will be determined after packing and communicated by email. Express is a third‑party service – we accept no liability for delayed delivery.

DHL shipping rates – shipments up to 25 kg

For EU countries not listed you will receive a shipping quote after ordering. All prices are net plus VAT.

DHL Multipack shipping – shipments 25 to 50 kg

Shipments between 25 kg and 50 kg are handled via DHL Multipack – more economical than freight forwarding. The shipment is split into several individual parcels (max. 31.5 kg each).

The price is calculated from the corresponding DHL rate in the table above × 2 (two single parcels up to 25 kg each).

Example Germany 35 kg: €16.50 × 2 = €33.00
Example France 40 kg: €22.50 × 2 = €45.00

Freight forwarding for shipments from 50 kg. Postal codes are grouped into zones; the price depends on destination zone and total weight. All prices are net plus VAT. For special areas (islands, mountain regions) and weights over 2,500 kg we will provide an individual quote upon request.

Express shipping – exclusive to Germany

We offer express shipping only within Germany. To have your shipment delivered on the next working day, your order must be received by 12:00 noon cut‑off.

The final shipping price will be determined after packing (depending on size, weight and shipping method) and confirmed by email before dispatch.

Important: Express is a service provided by an independent third party. Despite agreed delivery times, delays may occur exceptionally. Fergo Armaturen GmbH accepts no liability for delayed delivery by the third party.
